Pacifico Mexican Restaurant in Robbinsville

Hot inside when we got there. Sat outside but it was basically in the parking lot. No vegetation to help cool down. Good Mexican food though.

Was in smoky mountains for a vacation and we are looking for a local food and found this. It was absolutely amazing. Great food and great service. Everything was delicious and prefect portions. The price is decent. Quesadilla and Flan is a must try.I will definitely recommend this place.

Ok, so you can't get a Margarita here but all things considered I found my experience to be really good and have to say 5 stars all the way. Excellent service and excellent tacos in the Smokey Mountain hills!

We stayed at the River’s Edge Treehouse Resort for our anniversary. I figured we couldn’t go wrong with a Mexican Restaurant & El Pacifico did not disappoint...My salad was excellent!...The food portions were more than enough (Jalisco chicken) & the food was good!...Server was very attentive & keep my tea glass full😆

Great food and service. We usually eat here most weekends. Unfortunately on our last visit they had new menus and higher prices so we will be taking it out of our dining rotation. This is the 2nd price increase we have noticed in two years. Bummer!

Food was okay. Rice a bit salty, quesadilla not what I was expecting. It came more like a grilled soft taco. Meats were well seasoned and tasted good. But refried beans and rice were not seasoned well.

Food was very good and so was the service. The was a nice amount of Lime and Mango in both the salsa and the burrito topping. Really enjoyed it! 😁

Very authentic mexican food. Not the typical chain restaurant. Attention is excellent so it is the food. If you pass by you need to try it. Tip: Guacamole is awesome!

I am particular when it comes to certain food dishes, but I have tried a lot of things from their menu and I have yet to find a something that I do not like. However, we all have different preferences, understandably, but I would recommend people to eat here. Definitely one of my favorite places to eat. I live about 30 minutes away and will travel here just to dine-in/ get takeout, rather than visit my hometowns local Mexican restaurant. Also, prices are reasonable.

Straightforward American style Mexican. All the choices are there. The surprise is how good everything is. The salsa has a fresh taste, the cheese dip a rich flavor. The entrees are hearty and flavorful. Not fancy versions of the old school Mexican food classics just very well executed with rather high quality ingredients. The steak burrito was very large with nice sized bites of meat. The combination of ingredients was well proportioned. The service was very good. Seated promptly, chips and water right away, chips refilled quickly without even a question. Very friendly and helpful server took my order as soon as I was ready. My food came out fast and hot. Great old school (American style) Mexican restaurant. Big portions, small prices.

In town for a week, checking out some local chow. Stumbled across El Pacifico. Food is amazing! Very, VERY pleasantly surprised. The only issue with our meal was with the rice that was precooked and portioned ahead of time and reheated into mush. Everything else on our plates though, was fabulous.Our server, an older, thin, Hispanic man... Not so great. No offer of a refilled drink and after asking for a to go box (it is that good, even this morning!) we had to ask for our check. There was a young guy we saw serving other tables, very thick NC accent who was a very good waiter! I would definitely go back... Maybe ask for the other server, and no rice. Lol

Food was good and there was plenty of it. We ordered carry out, so I can't comment on service, but the person that I dealt with was very nice. We will return.

Really liked this. Plenty to offer vegetarians and omnivores. Glad to have found a place this good in a small town like Robbinsville. The whole family enjoyed their meals. We even saw things on the menu we haven't seen too often other places. It was great.

I live in Georgia and ride up to North Carolina to drive Tail of The Dragon. I stay in Robbinsville and this place is the go-to place. Perfect food after a Porsche ride on the Tail. This place has amazing rice. I get a chicken burrito with cheese sauce and a side of rice. I’m personally not a fan of spice but this place kills it with the spice. Amazing friendly workers and fast service. Highly recommend.

Excellent service, the food was delicious with portion sizes that always make you feel like you get your money's worth. We got our food quite fast as well.

The burritos were great! The cook actually makes his own suaces and it looks like they take pride in the presentation. Going back today.

This may sound crazy, but in this small beautiful town is located the best Mexican restaurant I've ever had. I have traveled to this town twice for a getaway mountain atmosphere and when we found this restaurant on a cold winter day, we fell in love! We ate there 3 times during our first visit last year and went another 3 times when we visited again this year. So flavorful and delicious. The best.

Food was really good with a waitor who was just awesome and funny. Great time.

Ok so I moved to NC from CA 4yrs ago. I have not come across a Mexican restaurant that has authentic food. Until the other day I came across this place. Looking at their menu and they actually have cactus on the menu. It's a Mexican thing. But I've been looking for ceviche at every restaurant I've been to. I always ask for it cause it's never in the menu. This place has it. So good. And their food has heat. Too many Mexican restaurants don't have heat in their salsa or food. I know where I'm going on my birthdays.

The Chiles Vegetarian is my favorite. It comes with two poblano peppers stuffed with veggies and cheese, with lettuce and rice on the side. Also, it’s plenty big to share.
